HELLO EVERYONE!
So I’m not sure if you all remember but a few months back, I posted a blog about my upcoming music therapy trip to Jamaica! (If you want to read my original post, you can find it here!)
But, to catch you all up; this summer one of my closest friends at Nazareth and I are participating in a music therapy field service project in Boston Bay, Jamaica! We have been planning and fundraising for months and TODAY IS THE DAY. I am currently sitting in the Philadelphia Airport waiting to catch my connecting flight. I cannot explain how thankful I am to have this incredible opportunity, and I can honestly say I never would have been given this chance if it weren’t for Nazareth College.
My plane is scheduled to board in about 30 minutes so I don’t have a ton of time but I just wanted to post this blog and get this series about my trip rolling right from the get go! I’ll do my best to post blogs throughout my time down there, and hopefully when I come home, Emily and I will put together a little vlog to wrap up our experience!
