Okay so I took a while to edit all this footage together but it was SO worth the wait!
One of my favorite things that I got to do for fun while I was in Jamaica was cliff jumping! There was a small rock beach/jumping cliff attached to the property of the huts that we stayed in, so after a long day in the clinic, my music therapy/education colleagues and I would enjoy a nice jump into open water and then a few hundred yards of swimming back to shore! So naturally, we whipped out the GoPro and took a bunch of awesome videos! Enjoy!
I had no idea I would enjoy this so much, but now I think I’m addicted…I’ve been trying to scope out places to do some more cliff jumping on the home front!
