My Life as a Flyer

Real Life @ Naz

Meet the Team

Taylor S.

Hi All, my name is Taylor and I am a senior music therapy major. I am originally from Scotia-Glenville, NY. On top of loving all things music, I am obsessed with Grey’s Anatomy and coffee. I am a big foodie and will try anything that’s unique. On campus, I am an RA (resident assistant), the co-choir director for the Nazareth College Catholic Community, and I am also the parliamentarian of AMTAS (music therapy school). Naz is easily my favorite place to be and I am so excited to share my experiences!

Nolan M.

Hi, I'm Nolan and I'm a senior here at Nazareth. I'm an English major with a minor in communication and media. I'm an Army Reservist and I love to read and write, and that's why I love this job. Nazareth is such an awesome place to be and I love sharing my experiences with people.

Zynub H.

Hi everyone! My name is Zynub Habib and I’m a sophomore marketing major. My hometown is Seattle, WA, but I have been living in West Henrietta since elementary school! I commute to Naz daily and am happy to have the Treasurer position for Nazareth’s Commuter Association. I am also a senator for the Class of 2020 as well as a Student Ambassador. When I’m not busy with coursework and extracurriculars on campus, I enjoy spending time with friends and family. I love trying out new restaurants, going to the movies, shopping, and trying new activities around Rochester. Nazareth is one of my favorite places to be in Rochester and , although I am a commuter student, I consider Naz my second home. I’m excited to share my experiences on campus with everyone!

Donovan E.

Hi! My name is Donovan Enriquez (most people call me Dono) and I’m a sophomore from San Diego, CA. I am a communication and media and community youth development double major, and I play on the women’s volleyball team here at Naz. In my spare time, I like to read, go on hikes, play the ukulele, and FaceTime my family. Though I'm not quite sure what I want to do after graduation, I'm excited for whatever the future has in store–especially if it includes me adopting a dog. I'd also love to get the chance to travel the world, but exploring Rochester and the rest of upstate New York will do for now.

Casey K.

G’day guys, my name is Casey Kubara and I am from a really small town an hour south of Sydney, Australia, called Wombarra. I am a 21 year-old freshman here at Nazareth College and I am in the 3+3 Doctorate of Physical Therapy program. I am also playing on the men’s ice hockey team, which is the main reason I am over here in the USA. I have 3 brothers (2 older 1 younger), 1 sister (the eldest of the bunch), and 2 dogs (Dozer – Australian bulldog and Huxley – Cane Corso) in my busy household right next to Wombarra beach. I enjoy playing hockey, working out, surfing, walking my dogs and listening to music, and hanging out with my friends. After graduation, I plan on heading back home and finding a place to settle down, work, and maybe even one day open up my own sports physical therapy clinic where high-end athletes and talented people of all sorts come to get treatment.

Favor C.

Hey everyone! I'm Favor Chujor and I'm a music therapy major and French minor here at Naz. I'm originally from Fargo, North Dakota, but I feel so at home here in Rochester. When I'm not running around the arts center (which is most of the time), you can find me with my friends or in my room reading, writing poetry, or watching Netflix. I also love to knit; it's one of my favorite things to do, especially in the winter. I'm so excited to watch myself and my love for Naz grow even more over the next four year I have here!

Sarah D.

Hi guys! I'm Sarah Dupre and I am a sophomore psychology major with a minor in social welfare. I'm from a Prospect, Connecticut, but Nazareth has quickly become my home. I am the Class of 2020's Treasurer and I work as the station manager of WNAZ the Beat. When I'm not in the radio studio or working on class activities, I'm usually hanging out with my roommates, watching The Office, or taking pictures and exploring the city. Being a part of the social media team has already proven to be a blast, and I can't wait to share my experiences with everyone through my blogs!

Clark R.

Hey there! My name is Clark Rasmussen and I’m a marketing undergrad here at Naz! I’m originally from Fairport, but I’ve lived all over the country. I’m an accomplished Eagle Scout and Army Veteran. Here on campus, I’m the Treasurer for the Veterans Association and I tutor four courses in addition to working on the blog team. I enjoy the outdoors more than anything and I'm working on climbing all 46 peaks in the ADK (I’ll get there eventually!). If I get stuck indoors, or if the weather is insufferable, I enjoy playing games, watching movies and reading classic American Literature.

Alyssa B.

Hey! My name is Alyssa Bileschi. I’m a communication and media major with a minor in digital marketing and design. I spend a lot of time studying on campus - but don't be fooled, I'm a commuter student! I grew up here in the Roc and have loved every minute of living in such a captivating city. There are so many opportunities here after graduation that I’m excited to explore, in addition to seeking out those in larger cities such as NYC. I’m eager to discover what the world holds for me after college. When I’m not studying at Naz, I’m most likely listening to music or playing with my Olde English Bulldogge, Luna.

Kiernan P.

Hi! I’m Kiernan Proud. I’m a senior business management major with minors in marketing and communication and media. On campus, I work for the Center For Life’s Work as a Peer Career Advisor, and the Development Office where I help create social media plans and connect with alumni. I’m from Oswego, NY, but I consider Rochester home now. In my spare time, I love playing guitar, getting involved on campus, and exploring Rochester. I interned at an advertising agency during my junior year, and hope to work in marketing when I graduate!

Matt B.

Hey all! My name is Matthew Brunale and I am a Junior here at Naz. I am a major in social work with a minor in legal studies. When on campus, you can find me working in the Residential Life Office, or with the Office of Civic Engagement. Although I love Rochester, my original home is Brewster, New York; a small town an hour north of New York City. I’m really excited for my last few years here at Nazareth, and for the opportunities that await!

Karah V.

Hi! My name is Karah Vanderwarker and I am a junior from Latham, NY. I am a communication and media and business management double major with a digital marketing and design minor. When I’m not busy with coursework, I love hanging out with my suitemates and friends, trying out different Rochester coffee houses, and binge watching sitcoms (my personal favorites are How I Met Your Mother, The Office, and Parks and Rec). I’m also obsessed with elephants (or any type of animal, honestly) and all things Disney! I hope to work in public relations or project management after I graduate but, no matter what I end up doing, I want to be able to utilize my passion for writing.

Nicole M.

Hi guys! My name’s Nicole McGreevy and I’m a senior marketing major with minors in visual communications design, digital marketing and design, and communication and media (a mouthful, I know). I’m from Schaghticoke, New York, a small town out east near Saratoga Springs. I enjoy reading, drawing, doing makeup, watching Netflix while eating Chipotle, and petting dogs in my free time. I have yet to figure out what I want to do after I graduate from Naz, but I firmly believe that everything will fall into place. I plan to just follow where my heart leads me!

Olivia S.

Hi there! My name is Olivia and I'm a junior legal studies and communication media double major with a history minor. I'm from a small town in the Finger Lakes called Penn Yan, NY, located on the beautiful Keuka Lake. I'm the Vice President of Communications of the Undergrad Association Executive Board two years running, and work on campus in the mail room (totally exciting right?). I can usually be found in the quiet section of the library but when I'm not there, I'm probably in my apartment snuggled up in bed watching Netflix, hanging out downtown with my best friends, or trying to take artsy pictures while hiking. I love my kitten Sasha, cooking, and shoes. I hope to eventually land a job in health communication or law doing, something I love.
