• Independence: Studying abroad is the ultimate form of “adulting.” You quickly learn how to balance responsibility while having once-in-a-lifetime experiences.
  • Cultural Appreciation and Friends Around the World: It’s an incredible privilege to experience cultures different from your own and become friends with diverse groups of people. Plus, with friends everywhere…you get a free place to stay when you go back to your study abroad destination years later!
  • Affordability: Take advantage of study abroad opportunities while in school. There are so many scholarships and grants you can apply for that lessen costs compared to traveling after graduation.

  • Ease of Travel: It is significantly cheaper to travel almost anywhere in the world once you’re in Europe.
  • Career Advancement: Employers look for applicants with international experience, as they are more familiar with interacting with people of vastly different cultures
