Hello! My name is Mckenzie Hart and I am heading into my senior year at Nazareth College. I am a double major in both Inclusive Early Childhood Education and Psychology. My time at Nazareth has been amazing for at least four reasons.
1. Size: I knew coming into college that I would want a smaller school because I knew that I needed personal connections with my professors in order for me to succeed. Each of my professors know me personally and are super helpful and flexible throughout all my coursework.
2. Academics: I was drawn to Nazareth’s education program. When I graduate I will have two degrees and four certifications which will set me apart from the competition. I also get to spend quality time in the classroom with each placement at a new school so I can widen my experience and knowledge while networking with local schools.
3. Sports: I knew I wanted to continue to play volleyball without it interfering with my education. Playing division III at Nazareth has allowed me to succeed in the classroom along with the court, currently being named to Academic All-District Team.

4. Clubs: While at Nazareth I have also been able to join a club called Best Buddies. This club pairs up general enrollment students with students who have developmental disabilities. In these buddy pairs, we go to events, eat some delicious food, and go on many adventures. These lifelong friendships and amazing opportunities at Nazareth have allowed me to combine all of my passions into my college career.
